Chili-Lime Grilled Pork Chops
Ingredients
Seasoning
- 1teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1tablespoon lime juice
- 1teaspoon vegetable oil
Pork
- 4boneless pork loin chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick (1 lb)
Steps
1 Heat closed contact grill for 5 minutes.
2 Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix all seasoning ingredients. Brush mixture evenly on both sides of each pork chop.
3 When grill is heated, place pork chops on bottom grill surface. Close grill; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center. If desired, sprinkle pork with chopped fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
